Shipping Policy

  1. Browse our range of online products and choose the one(s) you like. Add to basket and complete our online order form. On checkout you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

If you have ordered a product or products requiring installation a cost estimate for this service will be provided at checkout.  Please read our assumptions around access and site requirements in our Terms and Conditions and inform us at point of order if any different so we can provide you with an updated quotation. We will contact you following check out to confirm the cost of this service.

  4. Our finance team will send you an invoice for payment.

  5. Once payment is received, we will commence manufacture of your equipment and be in touch to arrange your delivery or installation date.

  6. If your order comes with free delivery your items will be delivered by courier to your carpark or unloading location.  Please read our assumptions around access and site requirements in our Terms and Conditions and inform us at point of order if any different so we can provide you with an updated quotation.

  7. For free delivery items you will need a minimum of '2 strong people' to place the products in your setting. If you are unsure whether you will be able to move the items to their final destination please contact us before ordering or consider our installation service.

  9. We deliver to mainland UK only, excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands.

Return Policy

All goods are bespoke and made to order. In the event of an item being faulty or if items are missing from your order you must inform us in writing within 24 hours of delivery providing details and photos.  

For products installed by us it is your responsibility to sign off the work prior to us leaving site.
